Kansas City Media Media Refusal for Coverage of "Needs In Indian Country"

Only Two ( as of 12/07) Television station in 11 years has covered any of the 23 Trips OMS has make to Lakota Country in SD. That station was KMBC Channel 9 and because Dan Weinbaum was form AZ where he worked on stories about "Indian Country" there. 

BLACK RACIST HATE AMERICAN INDIANS News Reporter Cynthia Newsome of KSHB TV-NBC Action News told me that "Indians were no more important then anyone else". Cold stone RACIST attitude, rude, and unapologetic. She refused to even consider covering our 05 Christmas trip. I nominate her as being the most visible symbolic representative of the "mercenary murderers of American Indians", the Black Buffalo Soldiers"! 

98.9 the ROCK... Mr. Johnny Dare...agreed to have me on his program in December of 03 to share information about our Christmas trip. During the interview, I gave out my phone number and after it was over, a LARGE number of listeners to the program called in to get my phone number to call me. 

Dare's HATE MERICAN INDIANS  co-host Murphy Wells, gave ORDERS for my number not to be given out after I left the studio after the interview! How did I find out? That same day, the KC Star published an article and listener's of Dare's program called me and told me what 98.9 the ROCK and Well's did! RACIST!

99.7 Oldies DJ...Tracy Wild (Supposedly Part Lakota) met with me and agreed to put OMS/me on air to talk about our 05 Christmas trip. I told her about my experience with Murphy Wells and she was surprised but even MORE, Well's the RACIST turned out to be a CLOSE PERSONAL FRIEND of Wild and Wild decided that what Well's did was OK and then proceeded to cancel my on air interview with her. There you go! 

NO COUNTRY MUSIC  STATION in Kansas City would give OMS any coverage over the last 7 years in spite of emails, phone calls, newspaper articles, and personal visits by me. David Lawrence would not, KFKF would not, KBEQ 104 staff of TJ McIntire and Shotgun Jaxson refused and so...the anti-Indian mentality is alive and well among the "Cowboy Stations" here in Kansas City. 

Lee's Summit Journal - Under the leadership of Steve Curd, refused coverage for OMS but KATRINA victims not a problem. RACIST! Now he is PUBLISHER at the Independence Examiner and has said NO COVERAGE FOR OPERATION MORNING STAR! 

Jewish Chronicle - Steve Helleman, VIP. Refused to give any coverage to OMS but yet, did so for organizations supporting Katrina victims. 

KCXL 1140 in Liberty under the leadership of Peter Schartel. Stole my Operation Morning Star web page, refused to give out my number to supporters of, and this after I was terminated by his hate Indians wife Gail Schartel...or should I say former wife. She has been replaced by another Indian Hating woman named "Johnnie"!
