NEW HEATING ELEMENTS

· Longer, heftier, more powerful heating elements - now lasting 30,000 Hours

· 115 Volts rather than industry standard 60 Volts (more volts = more efficiency)

· The filament winding inside the heating element has been increased to twice the density.

Longer tube and a more dense winding = greater heat production

· Improved patent pending ceramic terminals for greater durability and longevity

· The metal diffusion coil was removed, eliminating drag of the airflow within the heater (also means

less noise) and was replaced by copper fins in the heating chamber, resulting in 10% more efficiency.

Result - The largest, most powerful, most efficient and longest lasting quartz infrared tube on the market

NEWLY DESIGNED COPPER LINED HEAT CHAMBER

· Each unit now has 3 large Copper Panels instead of two

· Fins have been added to the copper plates to increase the surface area & to replace the diffusion coils

· Copper surface area increased by more than 300% compared to the previous CZ Infrared™ models

· More copper surface area means more heat at the targeted Far-Infrared heat frequency needed

· More copper surface also increases the production of negative ions - this also increases the ability of the

infrared heat to travel more rapidly throughout the room

Result - Over 20% increase in the amount of heat leaving the unit (see temp readings below)

 The Temperature at the Grill is 204-214 degrees (previous model 160 degrees)

 The Internal Temperature is 266 degrees (previous model 240 degrees)
