Will Tymes is the son of Theresa Two Bulls. He lived in the same home with his mother while dealing cocaine to the Lakota people living on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - Federal grand jurors in Rapid City have indicted five men on charges of possessing, distributing and conspiring to distribute cocaine and marijuana on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Those charged include 34-year-old Will Tymes, 40-year-old Guy Yellow Boy, 21-year-old Matt Tobacco and 40-year-old Bervin Brings Plenty, all from Pine Ridge, and 39-year-old Merril Catches of Rapid City. They pleaded not guilty. If convicted, the penalty on all counts is 20 years up to life in prison.
