Lloyd Wilcox. Raped the 10 year old daughter of Joanne Wilkerson who was married to a now deceased Oglala Viet Nam Veteran. The daughter is now 19 and in a mental hospital in the east cost still suffering from the trauma of this rape. Charges never filed.
