Oglala Sioux Tribal Council ILLEGALLY terminates Tribal Prosecutor Ann Apple and throws her in jail!

Tribal Prosecutor Ann Apple was illegally terminated without cause from prosecutors office by the Oglala Sioux Tribal Council and with Tribal Chairwoman Theresa Two Bulls "approval". There was no due process or probable cause. Furthermore, the Tribal Council did not have the authority to do this but did so any way. Apple was not allowed to see the complaints "serious enough" to terminate her from her position.
Also terminated was another prosecutor Tammy Grass along with assistant Jeannette White Eyes.
Then the Tribe issued and arrest warrant for Apple and White eyes. No charges shown, no substantiation. White Eyes, who has a "at risk pregnancy", almost had a miscarriage and was rushed to the Pine Ridge Hospital to save her babies life.
This act of tyranny was signed by Oglala Sioux Tribe Marlin Smith with the approval of Theresa Two Bulls. Judge Pat Lee also approved of this illegal termination and arrest of Apple, Grass, and White eyes. Reason? Because his job was on the line and if he did not tow the Tribal Council line, they could fire him!
Timing wise, Apple was prosecuting and had arrested based upon testimony of two young Lakota girls that they were sexually molested by Tribal Member Eric Cross and which was verified by a BIA investigation. There seems to be a "timing connection" to what happened to Apple because there is no information available on his case. Autumm TwoBulls told me personally that Cross sexually molested her two nieces.
Apple was hired under Federal Govt Contract 638. Her termination did not follow federal policy and procedure. It took the Tribal Council a 3 minute discussion and vote. Grass and Apple had lawyers. 13 yes...2 no vote...no's were Kim Clausen and Tony Wounded Head and Phillip Good Crow. And their were no complaints read at this Tribal Council meeting.
Another possible Theresa Two Bulls and Two Bulls family connection to the termination of Apple is with Jeremiah Martinez from Potato Creek. He was arrested for domestic assault, child abuse...trying to run over his family using his car as a weapon. He is related to the Morrisons in who are related to to Theresa Two Bulls and Autumn TwoBulls...all of whom have attacked me with slander and lies.
Also, the Tribe refuses to allow Apple to receive unemployment.
This is what Apple endured in the month of March...
March 1st her grandson Kaden Kole White Lance dies.
March 3d was when Apple was suspended without pay.
March 6th was Ann's birthday.
March 30th she was ILLEGALLY terminated...and Theresa Two Bulls said not one word when the Oglala Sioux Tribal Council voted her out of her position.
She has never been arrested until THIS time. She takes care of her precious granddaughter. Afraid to leave her home. She is isolated, no contact or communication from ANYONE in the Tribe. Amazing...and in my opinion...pure evil in what was done to this most Traditional Lakota Woman complements of the "fake Indians" living on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation led by Theresa Two Bulls.
